Element Pilates Studio was created to provide a safe and supportive environment for all levels of exercise enthusiasts, from the novice exerciser, to the elite athlete and dancer.
In April 2006, Lisa M. Thompson opened Element Pilates Studio bringing her expertise in many different fitness modalities with a special emphasis on Pilates, to a beautiful, light and airy studio in the heart of the Pike/Pine corridor on Capitol Hill.
Element Pilates Studio offers group and individual Pilates instruction as well as massage therapy and nutritional consultation.
